PSP Version used: PSP X5 but any version should work.

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the work of Jose Cano. You must purchase his work and obtain the proper licensing to use his work. You may do so here

Open your template & mask. Minimize your mask.

On your template, set the canvas size to 800 x 800; delete the credits layer.

Open Paper2. Copy & paste as a new layer above the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

For the template layers, replace with the following papers:

Layer 1 – Paper5
Layer 2 – Paper10
Layers 3 & 4 – Paper9
Layer 5 – Paper11
Layers 7 & 8 – Paper1

Now for the elements:

City – 80% – move just above layer 4, place slightly up to the top
GlitterConfetti – place to the bottom right just above layer 10. Duplicate, flip horizontal, and place to the upper left corner
LightBurst – 90%
StarSpray – flip horizontal, place to the bottom
Pearls – rotate to the left and place to the top of the top two squares so it looks as though the pearls are draped over the top
Heart – 50% – rotate slightly to the right, place to the bottom of the right top square
Lipgloss – 60% – place to the bottom right
Ribbon1 – place to the bottom
Polish – 50% – place to the bottom right
Bow1 – 50% – place to the bottom, rotate slightly to the left
Drink – 80% – place to the bottom left
Shoes – 50% – place slightly to the right of the drink
Sparkles1
StreakOfLight

On the top left square layer, select all, float, defloat. Open your tube and place over this square. Select all, float, defloat. Selections, invert and press delete. Duplicate your tube, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay, opacity 50. On the original tube layer, set the opacity to 65. Repeat for the right square, but mirror your tube.

Copy and paste your tube again, just above the heart layer and place in the center. Take your eraser tool to erase any part of the tube below the ribbon.

Add your name, copyright, and license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers and merge visible. Resize your tag if you would like it smaller. Save as a PNG.
