This tutorial was written by me on September 21, 2013 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PS Version used: PS CS3 Extended, and can also be converted easily for PSP

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PS/PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Anna Marine. You can purchase her tubes here.

Autumn Days PTU kit by Kandii Popz Dezignz. You can purchase this kit here.

WSL_Mask84 by Weescotslass Creations. You can find it here.

Font of choice.

*To resize, make sure your move tool is active and make sure that the Show Transform Controls box is selected so that you can easily resize. When resizing, press shift + drag your corners to scale your image without distortion.
——————–

Open a blank transparent image, 600 x 600.

Open Frame1. Drag to your canvas and scale to the desired size.

Open Paper4. Crop to 580 x 580. Drag to your canvas and move this layer under your frame.

On the frame layer, use your magic wand and click inside the frame. Select, modify, expand by 5. On the paper layer, select, inverse and press delete. Deselect and move below your frame layer.

Open your mask and Paper1. On your mask, drag Paper1 on top of it. On the mask layer, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C. On the paper layer, press Q. Ctrl+V and press Q again. Click the add layer mask button in the layers palette. Rasterize and drag to your canvas. Move this below your paper layer.

Open the Leaves. Drag onto your canvas, scale to size. Place to the top of your frame. Duplicate, transform, flip horizontal. Transform, flip vertical. Drag this copy to the bottom of the frame. Merge the two leaves layers together. Move this layer to the bottom.

Open Frame2. Drag onto your canvas, scale to size so it is slightly smaller than the first frame. Move this layer above the first frame.

Open Bow1. Drag to your canvas, scale to size. Place to the top center of the frames. (You don’t see this in my example but it is there.)

Add your tube and scale to size if necessary. Duplicate, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay.

Now we will add the rest of the elements, from bottom to top. Remember to scale to size.

WheatStack – rotate 90 degrees to the right, place to the bottom
Ribbon2 – place to the bottom
LeafScatter – place to the bottom
Twig – flip horizontal, place to the left

Add your name, copyrights, and license info. Add a drop shadow of choice to your layers.

Merge visible and save as a PNG.
