*To resize your elements, with your move tool, make sure the ‘show transform controls’ is checked. Press Shift while dragging the corners of the element towards the center. This will resize the element while keeping it from distorting the shape of the element.

Resize all your elements & tube to your liking.*

Open your template. Image>Duplicate and close the original. Delete the credits layer.

First, let’s work on the template layers:

Layer 1 – Paper 19
Raster 1 & Copy of Raster 1 – Paper 3; Filter>Noise>Add Noise>15, Uniform, Monochromatic checked.
Raster 2 & Copy of Raster 2 – Paper 2. On top of Paper 2 for each of the Raster 2 layers, add your texture. Set the blend mode for the texture layers to Luminosity.
Layer 2 – Paper 16
Layer 3 & 4 – Paper 1

Above layer 3, add a new layer. Floodfill with a black and white gradient. Ctrl+Click on the thumbnail of layer 3. Select>Modify>Expand by 2. Select>Inverse and press delete. Select>Inverse again. Modify, contract by 3 and press delete again. Deselect. Repeat for Layer 4. For both these frame layers, Filter>Noise>Add noise, change the amount to 50.

Merge the wordart layers together.

Open your tube and place a copy under each of the frame layers, erase any part of the tube that extends beyond the frame.

Apply Xero Radiance to the tube layers using the default settings. Duplicate the tube layers, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode for this layer to Screen.

Now to add your elements:

Wire – place this layer just above the texture layer.
String Bow 2 – scale to size, place to the top of the topmost frame. Duplicate, Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal. Place to the top of the bottom frame.
Doodle – scale to size, place to the right side above all the other layers. Duplicate, Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal. Place to the left side.
Tube – scale to size, place in the center. Apply Xero radiance with the same settings as before.

Move the wordart to the bottom of the tube. Ctrl+Click on the thumbnail for the wordart. Select>Modify>Expand by 2. Add a new layer and floodfill with #ffffff. Deselect and move this layer below your wordart. Merge these two layers together.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to each layer of your choice. Merge visible.

Erase any layers that may show on the edge of your canvas and resize your tag to your liking.
