This tutorial was written by me on April 25th, 2014 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Creative Scraps by Crys. You can purchase this tube here.

Mask 2 from my Creative Chicks April Mask set. You can find it here. You must be a member to obtain these masks and are welcome to join the forum!

Font of choice. I am using Dragon is Coming.

——————–

Open a blank canvas, 600 x 600.

Open your mask & Paper 3. Copy your paper onto your blank canvas. Apply your mask, merge group.

Open Frame 5. Resize by 66%. Copy & paste as a new layer.

With your magic wand, click inside the center of your frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Open Paper 2. Copy & paste as a new layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect. Move this layer below your paper layer.

Lets add your elements now:

Spray 3 – resize by 85%; move this layer above your mask layer.
Element 7 – resize by 79%, flip vertical; place above the frame layer to the bottom.
Element 11 – resize by 40%, rotate right. Place to the bottom right. Duplicate, flip horizontal, & place to the bottom left.
Element 38 – resize by 40%; place to the bottom center.
Element 16a – resize by 25%; place slightly below the white flowers.
Element 37 – resize by 50%; place to the lower right.

Now to add your tube layers:

Open your tube. Copy & paste as a new layer just below your frame layer. Place to the left side. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place to the right side. Merge these two layers together.

On the frame back layer, select all, float, defloat. On the merged tubes layer, selections, invert & press delete. Deselect. Duplicate the merged tubes layer, gaussian blur 3.00. Lower the opacity to 30. On the original layer, set the blend mode to overlay.

Copy your tube again & paste just below the top layer, resizing as necessary.

Add your name, copyrights, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers & then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
