——————–

Open your template & mask. Minimize your mask for now.

On your template, delete the credits layer. Merge together the following layers:

6, 7, & 8

1 & 2

Set the canvas size to 614 x 614, then resize all layers by 98%, or 600 x 600.

Open Paper 8. Copy & paste as a new layer above the background layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

Next, we will add our papers to the template layers:

Merged 1 & 2 layer – Paper 5
Layer 3 – Paper 4
Layer 4 – Paper 10
Layer 5 – Paper 2
Merged 6, 7, & 8 layer – Paper 6

Now lets add our elements:

Glass – resize by 96%; paste as a new layer above the circle layer.
Downed Wires – paste as a new layer; place to the upper right.
Silhouette 2 – resize by 80%; paste as a new layer and place just below the left most power line.
LightBurst – resize by 70%; paste as a new layer so the top sparkle point is at the bottom of the zombie.
Blood Splatter – flip horizontal; paste as a new layer above the topmost paper layer & place to the upper right.
Halftone – flip horizont; resize by 80%. Paste as a new layer & place to the bottom right.
Gun – paste as a new layer; place to the top of the halftone.

Hand – resize by 45%; flip horizontal & paste as a new layer to the bottom left.
Gas Mask – resize by 30%, paste as a new layer & place to the bottom left between the hand & kit.
Virus – resize by 30%; paste as a new layer & rotate slightly to the right. Place between the first two rectangles.
Cupcake – resize by 40; place to the bottom right.

Now lets add our tube layers.

This tube came with several different layers. I used the tube with part of the background for the 3 merged layers as follows:

Copy and paste as a new layer and place over the first two rectangles. Xero Porcelain, change the blue to 0.

On the paper layer for the rectangles, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete, deselect. Using the same tube again, flip horizontal. Paste as a new layer and place over the third rectangle.

Xero Porcelian using the same settings as before.

On the paper layer again, select all, float, defloat. On the tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Now using your eraser tool, erase any part of the second tube that covers the middle rectangle. Merge the two tube layers together.

Duplicate the merged tube layer, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, 40. On the original merged tube layer, set the blend mode to Luminance (L), 45.

Open your tube without the extras & resize as necessary. Paste as a new layer just above the blood splat layer. Place slightly to the right. Repeat the Xero Porcelain filter. Duplicate, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Overlay. On the original layer, Shift + L, 0, 0.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, if desired.

Merge visible & save as a PNG.
