PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Elias Chatzoudis. I bought this tube when he was with PSP Tubes Emporium. You can now purchase his tubes here

PTU kit At the Doctors by Creative Scraps by Crys. You can purchase it here

Delirium template by Dees’Sign Depot. You can find it here

Mask 21 by Gems Taggin’ Scraps. You can find it here

Font of choice. I am using Nirvana.

Open your template. Delete the following layers: info, word art d/s, Delirium d/s, Purple Star, & white stars layers.

Set the canvas size to 800 x 800. Resize all layers by 75%.

Open Paper 6 & your mask. Minimize your mask for now. Copy and paste your paper as a new layer just above the bg layer. Apply your mask, merge group. Duplicate your mask and then merge down.

Now lets add our papers (resize all your papers by 75%):

Purple square layer – Paper 3
Tan square layer – Paper 5
Purple strips layer – Paper 4
Purple oval layer – Paper 1
Dark purple strip layer – Paper 7
Creme rectangle layer – Paper 8
Tan circle layer – Paper 9
Purple circle layer – Paper 7
Bottom creme rectangle layer – Paper 8

On all your dotted layers, Shift + B, 255, 100.

On your Delirium Purple layer, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a color of your choice. Deselect & delete the original layer. Add noise, gaussian, 25, monochrome checked. Now merge all your word art layers together. Select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Add a new raster layer and floodfill with #af0006. Deselect & add noise using the same settings as before. Move this layer below the word art layer. Merge these two layers together.

Now lets add our elements:

Element 69 – resize by 60%; place above the top dotted rectangle layer, slightly to the right.
Element 6 – resize by 50%; place above the blue circle frame layer to the far right. Rotate to an angle of your choice.
Element 24 – resize by 30%; place to the upper right corner.
Element 57 – resize by 88%; place to the bottom.
Element 19 – resize by 50%; flip horizontal and move this layer above your word art layer. Place to the bottom right.
Element 23 – resize by 30%; place on top of the ‘D’ in Delirium.
Element 9 – resize by 40%; place to the right, slightly down from the band aid.
Element 36 – resize by 30%; place to the top of the circle frame layer.
Element 2 – resize by 30%; flip horizontal & place to the bottom left.
Element 67 – resize by 50%.

Now lets add our tube layers:

Open your tube or a closeup and resize if necessary. Place over the top large rectangle layer and place on the right side to your liking. On the rectangle layer, select all, float, defloat. On your tube layer, selections, invert and press delete. Deselect. Duplicate, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, opacity 70. On the original tube layer, set the blend mode to Luminance (L), opacity 50. Repeat for the other large rectangle layer and also the red circle layer.

Add your tube above the Rx element layer.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers, then merge visible. Add your name, copyrights, & license info. Save as a PNG.
