This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Font of choice. I am using Vailsnick.

Filters: Mura Meister Copies

——————–

Open a blank canvas, 650 x 250.

Set the blend mode to overlay.

Now lets add our elements:

Element 95 – paste as a new layer, set the blend mode to soft light.

Element 2 – resize by 50%; place to the bottom, slightly to the left of center. Duplicate, and place to the right of center.

Now lets add your tube layers:

Open your tube and place to the right, with the head over the buildings. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the left towards the top. Merge these tube layers together & move this layer so it just below the cityscape layer. Duplicate, gaussian blur 3.00. Set the blend mode to screen, opacity 20. On the original layer, set the blend mode to luminance (L), opacity 10.

Open your tube again and paste as a new layer just below the nail polish layer, resize your tube as necessary.

Add a new raster layer above the top layer. Floodfill with #000000. Select all, modify, contract by 1. Press delete & deselect.

Add a new raster layer. Select all, modify, contract by 3. Selections, invert.

Using the colors #ffffff & #f04581, make a new gradient, style radial, angle 45, repeats 5. Floodfill the selection with your gradient & deselect. Move this layer below the black frame layer.

On your gradient layer, add noise, uniform, 50, monochrome checked. Now merge the two frame layers together.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers and then merge visible.
