Open your tube, resize as necessary. Copy & paste as a new layer above your paper layer. Arrange to your liking. Duplicate, gaussian blur, 3.00. Set the blend mode to Screen, 75. On the original layer, set the blend mode to Lunminance (L), 36.

Open your tube again, resizing so it’s slightly smaller than the previous tube layers. Copy & paste as a new layer above the branch layers.

Now for the frame. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with #f3be08. Select all, modify, contract by 4, press delete, deselect.

Add another new raster layer. Floodfill with #106b3a. Select all, modify, contract by 2, press delete, deselect. Add noise, gaussian, 75, monochrome checked. Merge down.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice to your layers.

Duplicate your window. Delete your frame layer & text layers. Select your crop tool and set the size to 200 x 200. Place over your desired image (I chose to use the leprechaun). Apply your crop.

I deleted the tube layers from the image, then add your frame layers as you did with the signature.

Add your name & any copyrights that are required to the avatar.

Save both images as a PNG.
