PSP Version used: PSP X5

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the FTU artist Lia. You can view her art here.

With your frame layer highlighted, click inside the frame using your magic wand tool. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Open Paper 5. Paste as a new layer above your masked layer. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect.

Now to add out elements (all elements will be added above the frame layer):

Element 5 – resize by 62%. Place to the left side of the frame.
Element 49 – resize by 69%. Place to the bottom.
Element 9 – resize by 69%. Place to the right side of the frame.
Element 24 – resize by 25%. Place to the bottom right. Duplicate, flip horizontal & place to the bottom left at the bottom of the tree.

Element 13 – resize by 69. Paste as a new layer.

Open your tube and resize as necessary. Paste as a new layer above the chain element. Place slightly to the right.
